The festival provides an opportunity for attendees to hear from world class keynote speakers, Nadia Lim, Nigel Beach and Julia Rucklidge. Alongside the keynote events, the weekend line-up includes over 20 events and workshops to incorporate the four key themes of the event at various locations and venues in Tekapo.

Workshops are facilitated by passionate professionals, who love to share their own insights into health and wellness. The Breathe Tekapo festival has been designed to allow attendees to curate their own itinerary based around their own wellness interests.
